GB Ambassador Roadshow

Challenges

To dip every member of staff in the core Ambassador
information. Staff are ranged across the country in
different functions from manufacturing and transport
to head office and sales. We also wanted to connect
with the non-office based field sales audience for the
first time While maintaining consistency of message
across the country and between different types
of employees.

Actions

We created an entertaining and engaging roadshow,
where people were able to learn and have fun at the
same time.

A team of actors went to 18 locations and held 40
days of shows, with up to nine shows per day. Each
core message had an activity as part of this, so the
audience really participated the whole way through
the show.

Results

A hugely successful show with very high levels of voluntary turnout and increased confidence about the products.
